BRAG, Southern Bicycle League, Georgia Bikes, Bike Roswell, Frankie's Italian Restaurant, and New Belgium Brewery are sponsoring a bicycling social event and ride to kick off the 2012 cycling season and to celebrate Frankie's 8th Anniversary in business. There is no registration form to fill out or fee to attend. |
The date is Saturday, March 31, 2012, Noon until 3 pm, at Frankie's Restaurant in Rockmart, GA, just off the Silver Comet Trail. Frankie's is offering free bread sticks to all attendees. New Belgium is providing Fat Tire Beer to participating adults. Bring your ID. BRAG is donating PowerAde. Mark your calendar now to attend. |
SBL is sponsoring Frankie's Ride to the Border on the Silver Comet Trail the morning of March 31, before the social. The ride is 48 miles round trip. Longer and shorter options are available. The start time for the ride is 9:30 am, leaving from Frankie's Restaurant. Participants can park in downtown Rockmart. |
There is no cost or registration fee to attend. There is an optional fee for All-You-Can-Eat pizza at Frankie's for $7 in advance, or $10 at the door. Please mail your check for $7, tax included, for each person eating pizza. |
